Product Leader | Adtech | AI Product | Platform Strategy
I build the platforms that help companies scale - and the teams that make them work.
About
I'm a product leader with 19+ years of experience building platforms, scaling teams, and driving measurable impact at the intersection of ad technology, AI, and digital media. For 11 years at Playwire, I owned the product roadmap for RAMP - a publisher ad monetization platform serving 1,200+ media brands including Crunchyroll, Philo, and Android Authority - from concept to revenue impact.
I'm known for bridging technical complexity and business strategy, launching net-new product lines, and leading with the kind of psychological safety that lets teams do their best work. Engineering trusts me. Executives trust me. Publishers trust me. That doesn't happen by accident.
Named Cynopsis 2024 Top Women in Media AdTech Innovator of the Year, I bring deep AI product ownership, certified expertise in Generative AI and AI Product Management, and a reputation as the person who makes the hard problems look solvable.
Impact by the Numbers
Platform Ownership
RAMP is Playwire's publisher ad monetization platform serving 1,200+ media brands. As product owner for 11 years, I drove the roadmap across every capability below - from the ML algorithms running under the hood to the publisher-facing dashboards and the managed service platform at the core of Playwire's business.

Selected Work
Internal Tooling | Cross-Functional Leadership
Playwire | 2023-2024
Playwire's Partner Success team was monitoring website performance across a diverse portfolio of 1,200+ publishers with no centralized view. Issue identification was manual and slow - by the time a problem was spotted, it had already impacted publisher revenue. The team was reactive when they needed to be proactive.
I led the initiative from the first conversation to production. Starting with deep discovery with Partner Success stakeholders, I mapped the critical metrics that would shift the team from reactive troubleshooting to proactive monitoring. I guided engineering and design through concept, prototyping, and delivery - keeping cross-functional alignment tight throughout and making scope decisions that balanced impact with velocity.
A centralized Supply Health Dashboard that consolidated publisher performance signals into a single, actionable view. Built-in alerting logic eliminated noise and surfaced only what mattered, reducing time-to-diagnosis and empowering the Partner Success team to move faster on every issue.
Managed Service Platform | AI/ML | Product Analytics
Playwire | 2022-2025
Playwire's RAMP Managed Service platform needed to scale its publisher operations intelligently while equipping the product team with deep behavioral insights. As the platform grew to 1,200+ publishers, understanding how those publishers interacted with RAMP's tooling - and communicating proactively with them - became a product priority in its own right.
I owned the RAMP Managed Service product roadmap end-to-end - header bidding, price floor management, demand partner integrations, yield optimization, and the Revenue Intelligence AI/ML algorithms that power it all. On the Self-Service platform, my contribution was leading the Pendo integration: implementing user tagging, behavioral analytics, in-app messaging, and onboarding flows that gave the team visibility into how publishers used the product and allowed us to communicate with them in context, at the right moment.
The core RAMP Managed Service platform - the engine behind Playwire's publisher revenue at scale. I also introduced Agile rituals that reduced time-to-market by ~30%, built Playwire's first publisher-facing analytics dashboard, and led the Pendo integration on Self-Service that unlocked user behavioral data, in-app messaging, and guided onboarding flows across the platform.
People Leadership | Team Building
Playwire | 2022-2025
Scaling a product team while maintaining the trust, velocity, and psychological safety that made the team effective - across a period of significant organizational change, platform growth, and a company-wide restructure.
I built a team of 4 PMs, 1 UI/UX Designer, and 1 Technical Writer - and led each person with individualized KPIs and career development plans built around their strengths and personal goals, including goals that extended beyond the company. I created conditions where the team felt safe to challenge, innovate, and own their work. I gave credit publicly and protected people privately. The CEO called me "the heart of the company." My team called me "the glue."
Product leadership is people leadership. The best roadmap in the world underperforms when the team behind it doesn't feel trusted, seen, or invested in. I build teams that want to go to bat for the product - because they know I've gone to bat for them.
In a world where Product and Engineering often find themselves butting heads, Lucy has gained the trust and respect of all the engineers and they are willing to go to battle for her. Playwire would not be where it is in the market without her.
